16th Anniversary of the Annual Isle of Wight Walking Festival, which has grown from 39 walks to 200.

Yarmouth Old Gaffers Festival Fri 30 May - Sun 1 June 2014

Yarmouth town and harbour will host yet another fun filled weekend of entertainment and things to see and do for the whole family. The harbour will be filled with the visiting gaff rigged vessels and some will race in The Solent on Saturday.

Isle of Wight Festival - 12-15 June 2014

The award winning Isle of Wight Festival takes place in June every year in Newport and is recognised around the world for its line-up, mixing legendary artists with the hottest up and coming acts. The Festival is famed for its heritage and as the UK’s first major music event of the summer.

Cowes Dinghy has races in the western Solent for up to 200 dinghies and catamarans.

The Isle of Wight's favourite summer show returns for its 88th year offering a great value, fun filled, family day out. Highlights include Arena Acts, Horticultural Marquee with over 1500 exhibits, Island vintage tractors, steam & military vehicles and Fairground rides.

Aberdeen Asset Management Cowes Week - Sat 2 - Sat 9 August 2014

Cowes Week is a sailing regatta, with numerous classes of boats and crews from all backgrounds and abilities, including enthusiatic amateurs to some of the best sailors in the world.

Isle of Wight Garlic Festival - Sat 16 - Sun 17 August 2014

A vast array of eats, treats, sights and sounds to suit all tastes and ages. There are huge garlic and food marquees, cooking demonstrations from top Island chefs in the all new theatre kitchen, children’s entertainers, archery and a giant fun-fair.
Enjoy hundreds of Arts and Craft stalls and scrummy produce to tempt your taste buds.

Isle of Wight Scooter Rally - Fri 22 - Mon 25 August 2014

The world’s biggest gathering of vintage and modern scooters, organized by the British Scooter Rally Association and The VFM Scooter Collective. The centre of the rally has always been in Ryde, with Smallbrook Stadium used as the main campsite, but events are held island wide.

Little Britain Challenge Cup - Thu 4 - Sun 7 September 2014

The LBCC is the largest annual, construction industry yachting regatta in Europe, with over 250 yachts taking part and over 3000 people racing. The event is run by and for the construction industry and teams comprise contractors, property developers, architects and engineers

Cycling event includes a selection of over 60 fantastic rides with options for all levels.
Annual Sweetcorn Fayre - Sat 27 - Sun 28 September 2014

The annual Sweetcorn Fayre is held at Arreton Barns and aims to raise money for the Beaulieu House Respite. A traditional village fete theres an array of vintage craft stalls, fairground rides and plenty for the kids to get involved with. Live music will be performed over both Saturday and Sunday.

Isle of Wight Marathon - Sun 5 Oct 2014
Held since 1957, the Isle of Wight Marathon starts and finishes at Ryde with medals awarded to all finishers.
Autumn Walking Festival Fri 24 - Mon 27 October 2014
