About Braunstone House

Lugley’s at Braunstone House, Lugley Street, Newport, is without doubt one of The Island’s Premier Restaurant. The building having been the subject of much renovation work, to ensure the highest standards of comfort, retaining and enhancing the charm of Braunstone House.

Family run and owned, the premises occupy a position just a stones throw away from the town centre, with car parking either immediately outside, or in the public car park just up the road. As you enter Lugley’s you will notice the flagstone floors and tasteful decoration and whilst you decide what to eat you can sit at either the bar or the comfortable lounge.
